Deliveries & Returns

WE HAVE MADE IT SIMPLE 

We have worked hard to find the right delivery option, so you pay less and get your products on time. You also have a 30-day free return policy on most products, see below for more details.

International Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the next business day.
  • Most of our products can be shipped internationally.
  • Please use the “request a quote” button or “contact us” so will can provide you with a quote.

Australia Wide Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the next business day.
  • Depending on your location in Australia, all items less that 25kg will be delivered in 1-5 business days.
  • Pallet delivery:
    • Sydney: 1-2 business days
    • NSW: 2-4 business days
    • VIC, QLD, WA and TAZ: 3-7 business day

Conditions

  • We deliver in trucks with a forklift or Hiab (if you have a preference please specify). 
  • No hand unloading, balcony deliveries, or in property delivery. 
  • Tiles will only be delivered to up to 15m from where the truck will be parked, if delivering with a forklift truck. 
  • It is entirely up to the truck driver to determine how far can be travelled in delivering the pallets, however, we assure you that our truck drivers will do their best to make it as convenient as possible for you. 
  • Delivery into a garage or a closed area is only permitted if you the client takes full responsibility of any damage/damages that might occur to the products that are being delivered to the property and/or any item/items that are located on the property. By asking the truck driver to unload into the mentioned area you accept the risks stated above. 
  • Someone must be on sight to receive a delivery, however if you can’t arrange for someone to receive the delivery we will do our best to leave goods in the best location on premises, but we take no responsibility for missing or damaged products. A photo will be taken when we leave the products to ensure they have been delivered in the original condition.

With Ceramica Homes your 30 day returns is guaranteed
At Ceramica Homes we understand that you might change your mind after a purchase. Our client’s happiness with our products and our service is our priority, so we provide a 30 day return policy (this does not include delivery costs and handling fees).

  • Before returning you must contact Ceramica Homes via email with your original invoice attached to the email.
  • You can either exchange or request a refund.
  • All returned items must have a printed copy of the original invoice.
  • Both packaging and product should be in the original condition otherwise no return will be accepted.
  • Any returned item must be unused and must not have been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • Cost of return postage is covered by you, however if you wish for Ceramica Homes to organize the return shipping, a quote will be provided for your approval. Delivery cost is not included in the refund or credit.
  • Your 30 day return starts from the day of purchase.
  • All items will be inspected by our staff before proceeding the return.
  • 10- 20% handling fee might apply on heavy and bulky items.
  • Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Special orders and indent orders are excluded from the return policy.
