We have worked hard to find the right delivery option, so you pay less and get your products on time. You also have a 2-day return/ exchange policy; conditions do apply so please see below for more details.

International Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the next business day.
  • Most of our products can be shipped internationally.
  • Please use the “contact us” button or email us on so we can provide you with a quote for delivery.

Australia Wide Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the next business day.
  • Depending on your location in Australia, all items less that 25kg will be delivered between 1-5 business days.

Pallet delivery:

  • Sydney: 1-2 business days
  • NSW: 2-4 business days
  • VIC, QLD, WA and TAS: 3-7 business day
  • Free delivery for orders above $500 in Sydney metro
  • You will receive tracking information regarding your delivery once your tiles have been dispatched, outlining your estimated delivery date.


  • We deliver in trucks with a forklift or Hiab (if you have a preference please specify).
  • No hand unloading, balcony deliveries, or in property delivery.
  • Tiles will only be delivered up to 15m from where the truck will be parked, if delivering with a forklift truck.
  • It is the truck driver’s discretion to determine how far can be travelled in delivering the pallets, however, we assure you that our truck drivers will do their best to make it as convenient as possible for you.
  • Delivery into a garage or a closed area is only permitted if you, the client, takes full responsibility of any damage/s that might occur to the products that are being delivered to the property and/or any item/s that are located on the property. By asking the truck driver to unload into the mentioned area you accept the risks stated above.
  • Someone must be on sight to receive a delivery, however if you can’t arrange for someone to receive the delivery, we will do our best to leave goods in the best location on premises, but we take no responsibility for missing or damaged products. A photo will be taken once we deliver the products to ensure they have been delivered in their original condition.
  • Item exchanges or returns must be initiated within two (2) days of receiving the delivery, 48hrs of receipt. Returns to be made to Ceramica Homes Sydney warehouse in Holroyd, NSW 2142 and is to be arranged and paid for in full by the customer. If the product sent back is damaged, no refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Claims made for: incorrect supply, short supply; or goods damaged in transit; or any discrepancies with regards to an invoice must be made within two (2) days of the delivery date, otherwise they will not be considered. For goods damaged in transit or delivery we require photographic evidence before we can commence replacing said damaged goods.
  • If for some reason the items in your order are damaged, incorrect, or faulty, Ceramica Homes will try and arrange the replacement of the affected product/s. Please document any damage or issues with photos (ideally still in original packaging) to help identify the cause, there will be a 25% exchange fee.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Click & Collect

If you purchased with click and collect, you can pick-up from our Sydney warehouse. You will be notified once the order is ready for pick-up.

Our warehouse opening hours are:

Monday- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am – 2:30pm.

Returns & Exchange

With Ceramica Homes your return is guaranteed (conditions apply).

At Ceramica Homes we understand that you might change your mind after a purchase. Our client’s happiness with our products and our service is our priority. Therefore, our policy requests to be contacted for a return/exchange authorisation within 2-days of goods being delivered and returns/ exchanges to be actioned within the next 14 days (This does not include delivery costs and handling fees).

  • Before returning you must contact Ceramica Homes via email with your original invoice attached to the email.
  • Photos must be taken of items undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • You can either exchange or request a refund, conditions may apply.
  • All returned items must have a printed copy of the original invoice.
  • Both packaging and product should be in the original condition otherwise no return will be accepted.
  • Any returned item must be unused and must not have been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • Cost of return postage is covered by you, however if you wish for Ceramica Homes to organize the return shipping, a quote will be provided for your approval. Delivery cost is not included in the refund or credit.
  • Your 2-day return starts from the date of receiving the delivery.
  • All items will be inspected by our staff before proceeding the return.
  • 25% handling fee might apply on heavy and bulky items.
  • Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Special orders and indent orders are excluded from the return policy.
  • All returns for exchange must be for the entire quantity of items from the initial order. Partial returns, spares and leftover tiles will not be accepted for return or exchange.
