Australia Wide Delivery

  • Free delivery for orders above $500 in Sydney metro (online orders ONLY).
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the next business day.

International Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the next business day.
  • Most of our products can be shipped internationally.
  • Please use the “contact us” button or email us on info@ceramicahomes.com.au so we can provide you with a quote for delivery.

    Delivery Timeframe:

    NSW:

    • Sydney Metro: 3-5 business days
    • Greater Sydney: 5-7 business days
    • Regional NSW- 7-10 business days

    QLD, VIC, ACT, WA, NT, TAS, SA:

    •  7-14 business days

    You will receive tracking information regarding your delivery once your tiles have been dispatched, outlining your estimated delivery date.

      Conditions

      We deliver using trucks equipped with either a forklift or Hiab. If you have a preference, please specify when placing your order.

      • No hand unloading, balcony deliveries, or in-property deliveries.
      • For forklift truck deliveries, tiles will only be delivered up to 15m from where the truck is parked.
      • The truck driver will assess the best possible access and delivery location. While we strive to make the process as convenient as possible, final placement is at the driver’s discretion.

      Delivery Into a Garage or Enclosed Area

      • If you request delivery into a garage or enclosed space, you assume full responsibility for any damage to the products or any items on the property.
      • By asking the driver to unload in such an area, you accept all associated risks.

      Receiving Your Delivery

      • Someone must be on-site to receive the delivery.
      • If no one is available, we will leave the goods in the best possible location on the premises. However, Ceramica Homes takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
      • A photo will be taken upon delivery as proof of the items being delivered in their original condition.

      Claims for Incorrect or Damaged Goods

      • Any claims for incorrect supply, short supply, or goods damaged in transit must be made within 2 days of delivery.
      • Claims will not be considered if made after this period.
      • For transit or delivery damage claims, photographic evidence is required before a replacement can be arranged.
      • If your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, Ceramica Homes will arrange a replacement where possible.

      Pricing & Policy Changes

      • Prices are subject to change without notice.
      • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any part of our service without notice. Ceramica Homes is not liable for any modifications, price changes, or service interruptions.

      Click & Collect

      If you purchased with click and collect, you can pick-up from our Sydney warehouse. You will be notified once the order is ready for pick-up.

      Our warehouse opening hours are:

      Monday- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

      If you are unsure whether your order will fit into our vehicle (car/ truck/ trailer), please contact us prior to collecting your order and we will determine whether your vehicle is suitable for the size and weight of your order.

       

      Returns

      Returns & Exchange

      With Ceramica Homes, your return is guaranteed (conditions apply).

      We understand that you may change your mind after a purchase, and our priority is ensuring your satisfaction with our products and service. To request a return or exchange, you must:

      • Notify us within 2 days of receiving your delivery to obtain return/exchange authorization.
      • Return the item within 14 days once approved (delivery costs and handling fees are non-refundable).

      Return Process:

      1. Contact Ceramica Homes via email with your original invoice attached.
      2. Provide photos showing the items in their original, undamaged packaging.
      3. Ensure all returned items include a printed copy of the original invoice.
      4. Items must be unused and must not have been installed or attempted to be installed.
      5. Packaging and product must be in original condition; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

      Shipping & Fees:

      • Return postage costs are covered by you. If you prefer Ceramica Homes to arrange return shipping, we will provide a quote for approval.
      • A 30% handling fee applies to all returns.
      • Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
      • Special orders and indent orders are excluded from the return policy.
      • Partial returns, spares, and leftover tiles from an order will not be accepted for return or exchange.

      All returned items will be inspected by our team before processing.
